With us, your scooter is reserved and waiting for you.

We deliver for free to select hotels in the Disneyland area, or we have the convenient option of picking up at our office across from Disneyland.

For deliveries at hotels, we will drop it off either at the front desk or the bell captain, depending on the hotel. Each hotel designates an area for scooter delivery, and you can ask the front desk or concierge to make sure.

Once you are done with the scooter, you can leave it at your hotel at the same place you picked up the scooter (either at the front desk or with the bell captain, depending on which area the hotel designates).

We will drop it off either the night before or the morning of your scheduled reservation time to ensure that your scooter rental will always be available at your hotel by your reserved date and time for immediate use.

To place the reservation for us to deliver the scooter, we take 100% deposit of the rental price to cover our costs for delivery and to set aside the scooter(s) from our inventory for your use that date and time.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and accountability to our clients. If you are ever stranded or your battery runs out, please give us a call right away. We are equipped to enter Disneyland to either swap out your scooter with another fully-charged scooter or fix the scooter on the spot for you. By enhancing your transportation, we are dedicated to giving you the best vacation experience we can.

The fully charged standard scooter lasts 16 miles. The battery will drain faster with more frequent usage as well as more weight. We discourage multiple people sitting on the scooter because that will drain the battery much faster.

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance of the delivery date and time, we will give you a full 100% refund. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, we will charge you only one day to make up for the scooter(s) we set aside for you in our inventory that we were unable to rent to others that day.

Each of our electric scooter rentals come with a charger that you can use to charge the scooters with a generic outlet. There are multiple outlets within Disneyland that allow you to charge your scooter as well. If you rent the scooter for multiple days, we recommend charging the scooter overnight because a full charge takes about 12 hours and offers a battery life of about 16 miles.

You can pick up or drop off at the Grand Legacy parking, which is the parking lot behind the shop.

The nearest daily parking is at the The Anaheim Hotel at 1700 S. Harbor Blvd. Anaheim, CA. It is first come first serve, and there is a fee to park there. You can call the Anaheim Hotel at 714-772-5900 to confirm the fee and parking availability.
